What is replacement motorcycle cover?
This policy provides access to a hire motorcycle for up to 14 days whilst your motorcycle is being repaired or while you are awaiting settlement of your claim from a fire, theft, attempted theft, incident of vandalism or an accident which is your fault. Your motorcycle must rendered unrideable or is damaged beyond repair.

Replacement motorcycle cover is an additional extra (addon) that can be purchased alongside your main insurance policy with us. You can check whether you have replacement motorcycle cover by visiting the My Portal app and tapping on the 'addons' tab.

How to claim? ๐
If your bike is rendered unrideable due to a fire, theft, attempted theft, incident of vandalism or an accident which is your fault, you must notify us within 14 days of the incident.

If you don't have internet access, you can call 0344 856 2359 to inform us about your claim.
The Hire Company will then contact you directly with a view to getting you mobile again as soon as reasonably possible.
